Cancellation Policy

Hynes Canines – Terms & Conditions Payments Full payment for doggie daycare stays is required on arrival. No refunds or credits will be issued for early returns. Daycare bookings are non-refundable. Cancellations Cancellations made with 30 days’ notice will receive a full refund, including deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the booking will forfeit the deposit, except in the event of a pet’s passing, where a refund or credit will be issued. We require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule daycare Arrivals & Departures Pets will only be released to authorised contacts. Check-in: Mon–Fri 8.00–9.30am Check-out: Mon–Fri 8.00–9.30am & 4.30–5.30pm Vaccinations Up-to-date vaccinations are mandatory. Kennel cough must be included, and dogs may not attend for 7 days after vaccination. Food & Medication Pets must bring their own food. Replacement food supplied will be charged. Medication must be in original containers with veterinary labels. Veterinary Care If a pet becomes unwell, veterinary care will be sought at the owner’s expense. Owners authorise staff to share relevant information with vets. Hynes Canines is not responsible for illness, injury, or sudden death. Belongings Food must be provided. Toys and blankets are welcome. We accept no liability for loss or damage. Doggie Daycare Dogs mix in group settings and may become dirty. Injury or illness may occur through social interaction. All dogs over 8 months must be neutered/spayed. Daycare bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Aftercare Pets may be tired after their stay. Maintain normal routines and diet.
